You have been warned and you need work on them. However there will be material gains and recognition from superiors nonetheless. This basically results from the decrease in delays and other factors that generally keep the results from coming to the effort-maker. Since you have everything else it takes, all your accomplishments will depend on your ability to accept and accommodate others, and click in group efforts.
