I am working as a technical support executive but not satisfied with my job. I have done diploma course of software engineer but couldn’t gate job as a software developer. As a technical support executive there is no longer growth in terms of salary. Now I am very confuse about my career. What should I do? Should I continue with this same profile or can I change? Please suggest a solution.
