@ann-knox I feel as though you live at my house! My Aries ex is just as you have described and after a 7 year separation and promises long since broken we tried to reconcile and I feel like I'm trapped in a love-to- hate-you nightmare! He is my best friend, father of my kids and has my heart... that being said he tramples it ram- style almost daily and uses my loyalty and deep affection for him against me. I have recently met a Cancer man who after knowing him just a short while treats me like the queen my ex always promises to... but true to my care-giving nature I feel torn about letting the ram do his thing. I have never had a more fulfilling sexual partner but when he chooses to be harsh and cruel he still feels entitled to intimacy and holds a grudge when I refuse to yield. I want nothing more than to keep our friendship and end our relationship clean but the fire in bed burns and so does the flame of our arguments. I am a true Scorpio and never back down from a conflict, but this is one enemy I would rather not wound to escape. I will do what I must but I'm looking for another way out. Talking to an Aries about something they don't want to hear is like talking to their behind! So telling him how I feel is a ship that has sailed.

I will be celebrating my 37th wedding anniversary with my Aries male hubby. He has always loved me and I have never experienced anything from him but total loyalty and devotion. Right off he was in awe of my beauty (his words) and held me in high esteem. He still validates that I am the only woman he will ever love and I do believe him. The problem is that in later life he showed himself to be very immature and a taker of the most self-centered variety. He allowed me to become the dominant one which makes me crave a more dominant male now. He sat back and became spoiled by my giving and I find the lack of reciprocation to have way too much disparity for my liking. I am the one for him but he is childish and a blamer. I shall divorce him after years of offering counseling and other options as he is spoiled now and I want to be with someone for sex and security of which this Aries is sorely lacking.

@lily Its a good thing that you freely expressed him what you feel like and about his “unstable” behavior.

To clear off any confusion, you should visualize yourself how you want to be after 1yr, 2yrs and 5yrs in future. This will give you a clear idea what your wants/needs are. Ignore anything and everything that doesn’t helps in building a perfect future. If this Aries guy doesn’t fits well in your vision, you know what to do.

This thing called Love only survives in presence of truth, honesty, integrity, diligence etc.

Fear, doubts, confusions, anger, aggressiveness, demands, control, jealousy, excitement are all enemies to Love.

I would suggest that instead of focusing on external factors, you must work on your CAPACITY to experience this wonderful thing called Love. Its very healing and precious and not everyone is capable to handle it well.
