Abbas Ghasemian is a former Iranian national volleyball team player and a current volleyball expert. He earned a silver medal at the 2002 Asian Games in Busan and was a regular member of the Iranian national volleyball team for nearly ten years. Ghasemian also worked as an assistant coach for Iran's youth national team and helped his team, Sanam Tehran, to win the championship in the Iranian league in 2001.
