He gained prominence in the late 1980s and early 1990s by writing numerous notable songs for prolific Assyrian artists like Sargon Gabriel, Ashur Bet Sargis, Janan Sawa, Linda George, and Juliana Gendo. Originally from Syria, he currently resides in Jönköping, Sweden.
