Antonio José García Rodríguez-Acosta was a Spanish politician and prosecutor, born on February 15, 1921, in Jaén and passed away on April 14, 2006, in Madrid. He served in various roles during Francisco Franco's dictatorship, including mayor of Jaén from 1955 to 1958, governor of Málaga from 1958 to 1962, and subsecretary of the Ministry of Information and Tourism in 1962. He was highly regarded by Franco and held the position of General Secretary of the Movement until 1975. He also served as a prosecutor in the Supreme Court from 1975 to 1976.
