Franck Touzet is a French Catholic priest and member of the Opus Dei Personal Prelature, born on May 31, 1942, in Paris. He graduated as a chemical engineer and became a member of Opus Dei in 1962, being ordained in Madrid in 1971. He worked in academic pastoral care in various locations including Grenoble and Marseille, and later spent time in Ivory Coast before returning to France. He was appointed as the parish priest of Notre-Dame de la Dalbade in Toulouse in 2008, which led to public controversy due to his affiliation with Opus Dei.
