Lorenzo Montecalvo, also known as Father Lorenzo, was an Italian Catholic priest and vocationist monk born on April 25, 1945, in Castelluccio dei Sauri. He was a preacher and spiritual writer, known for launching 'Il Granelino,' a daily series of gospel reflections available in ten languages. Montecalvo took his first vows with the Vocationists on September 21, 1963, and was ordained a priest on May 30, 1970. He served in several parishes in Naples and was deeply involved in the Neocatechumenal Way, while also hosting on Radio Maria.
