Mansoureh Khojaste Bagherzadeh, born in 1947, is the wife of Ali Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of Iran. Hailing from a religious family in Mashhad, she is the daughter of businessman Mohammad Esmaeil Khojaste Bagherzadeh and sister to Hassan Khojaste Bagherzadeh, former deputy director of IRIB. Mansoureh met Khamenei at a private ceremony in 1964 and married him in 1965, with their wedding sermon conducted by Ayatollah Mohammad Hadi Milani.
