Nana Kuntunkunuku II, born Alexander Kwadwo Fredua Agyeman on 22 February 1942, was a significant traditional ruler in Ghana, serving as the Paramount Chief of Akyem-Abuakwa in the Eastern Region. He held the title of Okyehene and ruled for 23 years after succeeding his uncle, Ofori Atta III. He was the seventh president of the National House of Chiefs, serving from 1998 until his death in 1999. His legacy continued through his successor, Amoatia Ofori Panin II.
