Paul Sheedy, born on 16 February 1981, is an Australian former professional rugby footballer who played both rugby league and rugby union. He started his career in rugby league with the Melbourne Storm and later transitioned to rugby union with the New South Wales Waratahs. He represented the Australian Schoolboys in 1998 and played for the Under 21 Rugby World Championship team in 2002. Throughout his career, he also played for the Northern Suburbs Devils and the Manly rugby club before returning to rugby league with the South Perth Lions.
