He served as the Deputy Chairman of the National Security Committee and was the Director of the Border Service of Kazakhstan from 2011 to 2012. Born on January 30, 1956, in the village of Lugovoe in the Jambyl region of the Kazakh SSR, he has held prominent positions in national security and border control.
