Rosamond Asiamah Nkansah (January 13, 1930 - February 20, 2021) was a Ghanaian law enforcement officer and the first woman to be recruited into the Ghana Police Service, formerly known as the Gold Coast Police. Her pioneering role paved the way for greater female representation in law enforcement within Ghana. Nkansah's contributions to the police force are significant, marking an important step forward for women in a previously male-dominated profession.
