Rövşən Binnətli is an Azerbaijani sports journalist and football commentator born on December 26, 1958, in Mirəşəlli, Agdam region. He is currently the director of İdman TV and serves as the secretary general of the Azerbaijan Sports Journalists Association. From 2000 to 2012, he led the commentary team and was the chief sports commentator for Lider Television. He worked as the head of the department at Baku Post from 2012 to 2015 and later served as editor-in-chief for the information service of CBC Sport from 2015 to 2019.
