Tengku Intan Zaharah binti Almarhum Tengku Seri Setia Raja Tengku Hitam Omar (April 13, 1928 – January 24, 2015) was the Tengku Ampuan Tua (Grand Queen Dowager) of Terengganu. She served as Tengku Ampuan Besar (Queen Consort) from 1945 to 1979, followed by Tengku Ampuan (Queen Dowager) from 1979 to 1998, and then Tengku Ampuan Tua until her death in 2015. Additionally, she was the fourth Raja Permaisuri Agong (Queen) of Malaysia's elective monarchy from 1965 to 1970.
