Vicky Bowman, born Victoria Jane Robinson on June 12, 1966, is a former British diplomat and the UK Ambassador to Myanmar from 2002 to 2006. Since July 2013, she has led the Myanmar Centre for Responsible Business. Educated at prestigious institutions such as Cambridge and the University of Chicago, she began her diplomatic career in Burma in 1990. In August 2022, she was detained and later sentenced for immigration offenses before being released and deported in November 2022.
