Victorià Oliveras de la Riva was a Catalan sports director born in Barcelona on February 7, 1909. He was closely associated with roller hockey and football, founding the Club Patí Voltregà in 1955, leading it to be a champion in Catalonia and Spain. He was connected to the RCD Espanyol family and held various positions, including vice president in 1958 and president in 1960 until 1962. He also served as vice president of the Spanish Roller Skating Federation and president of FIRS from 1964 until his death on March 8, 1973. The sports pavilion in Sant Hipòlit de Voltregà is named after him.
