He held various roles in the Communist Party, including a stint as a party committee secretary in Tartar. Additionally, he was the editor of Azərnəşr and worked in the State Property Committee. He was the chairman of the board of 'Ay-Ata' ASC and passed away from brain cancer on March 24, 2021.
