I agree that you need to contact customer service first and then assume that you got scammed. Maybe there’s a problem with a buyer, it happens pretty often. Shop online or create a marketplace, either is possible with https://www.cs-cart.com/marketplace-builder.html. You can open a shop using ready to use eCommerce software, or start an online store quickly when creating one on your own. Either way, we made it incredibly easy!
