    Identify Traumas –

    So basically pretty much every human being suffers from somekind of major or minor traumas. We can release them through specific exercises but at the core of these exercises is that skip or ignore whatever mind/ego/thoughts come up and just allow yourself to fully and deeply “FEEL” the emotions.
