Kant, also known as Кант, is a city in Kyrgyzstan located at 42.8875° N, 74.8472° E, in the Asia/Bishkek timezone. The city has a humid continental climate with hot summers and cold winters. Kant was founded in 1928 as a railway station and has since grown into a major industrial and transportation hub. The city is home to several historical and cultural landmarks, including the Kant Fortress, built in the 19th century, and the Kant Museum of Local Lore, which houses exhibits on the city's history and culture.
