Dümpelfeld is a municipality in the district of Ahrweiler, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. It is located in the Eifel mountains, about 20 km southwest of Bonn. The climate is temperate, with average temperatures ranging from 0°C in January to 20°C in July. The town has a long history, dating back to the Roman era. In the Middle Ages, it was part of the Archbishopric of Cologne. Today, Dümpelfeld is a popular tourist destination, known for its beautiful scenery and its many hiking and biking trails.
