Āshti is a town located in the Beed district of the Indian state of Mahārāshtra. It is situated at an elevation of 590 meters (1,936 feet) above sea level and has a tropical climate with hot, dry summers and mild, dry winters. The town has a rich history and is home to several historical monuments, including the Ashti Fort, which was built in the 16th century. The town is also known for its traditional handloom industry, which produces a variety of textiles, including saris, dhotis, and bedsheets.
