Manatí is a municipality and town in the Las Tunas Province of Cuba, located at the intersection of the Carretera Central and the Carretera de Puerto Padre. It has a tropical savanna climate with an average annual temperature of 25°C and average annual rainfall of 1,200 mm. The town was founded in 1754 and is known for its sugar industry, as well as its cultural heritage, which includes the Church of San Isidoro and the Manatí Museum.
