Sulechów is a town in western Poland, located in the Lubusz Voivodeship. It is situated on the Oder River, about 20 kilometers east of Zielona Góra. The town has a population of around 10,000 people. It was a member of the Hanseatic League and was an important trading center. The town was heavily damaged during the Thirty Years' War and was rebuilt in the 17th century.
