Newton-le-Willows is a town in the Metropolitan Borough of St Helens, Merseyside, England. It is situated approximately 12 miles (19 kilometers) east of Liverpool and 17 miles (27 kilometers) west of Manchester. The town has a population of approximately 22,000 people. The weather in Newton-le-Willows is temperate, with average temperatures ranging from 4°C (39°F) in January to 16°C (61°F) in July. The town has a rich history, dating back to the 12th century.
