Is there any opportunity to get promotion in my current company or will I be dismissed from this company and find a new interesting job in other compnay?

 

Employees that started with me (12 years ago) are already became pormoted to Managers jobs, and because I am too good in my job my boss not realese me to other oppertunites- it furstarate

I am work in finance dep.  psl give me a clue, what am I suppose to do?
