    At the start of sneezing, during fright, In anxiety, above a chasm, flying in battle, In extreme curiosity, at the beginning of hunger, At the end of hunger, Be uninterruptedly aware.

    I tried it with sneezing, fright, hunger and anixiety. And it works like a charm!!

    It happens as if a distance is created, and there is something that’s always free of all life experiences. Great stuff 🙂

    However I also noted that modern human life is so fast that it can become difficult to practise these ideas but still one can try and if meditation is really powerful enough one would simply drop the stupid things.
