Arţās is a Palestinian village in the Bethlehem Governorate, located in the West Bank, with a population of 3,821. It is situated 10 kilometers south of Jerusalem, at an altitude of 790 meters above sea level. The village has a Mediterranean climate, with hot, dry summers and mild, rainy winters.
