Dasūa, Punjab, India, is a city located in the Hoshiarpur district at an elevation of 259 meters (849 feet). It has a subtropical climate with hot, humid summers and mild, dry winters. The city's history dates back to the 12th century when it was founded by Raja Dasu, a Rajput ruler. Dasūa has a rich cultural heritage, evident in its numerous historical monuments, including the Dasuya Fort, built in the 16th century, and the Gurdwara Shri Guru Singh Sabha, a Sikh temple constructed in the 19th century.
