Jewar, located in the Gautam Buddha Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh, India, is a rapidly developing town situated about 35 kilometers southeast of New Delhi. With a subtropical climate characterized by hot summers and mild winters, Jewar has a rich history dating back to the 16th century when it was established as a jagir (land grant) under the Mughal Empire.
