Sződliget is a village in Pest county, Hungary, situated at the meeting point of the Gödöllő Hills and the Danube-Tisza Interfluve. The climate is temperate, with hot summers and cold winters. Sződliget was first mentioned in 1254 as "Zudlugeth". The village has a rich history, including the construction of the Sződliget Castle in the 15th century and the establishment of a spa in the 19th century.
