A. N. Shamseer is an Indian politician, serving as the Speaker of the Kerala Legislative Assembly since 2022. He has represented the Thalassery State Assembly Constituency since 2016 and was the CPI(M) nominee for the 2014 Indian general election in the Vadakara Lok Sabha constituency. He is also a member of the Kerala State Committee of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) and has previously held the position of President of the Kerala lobby of the Democratic Youth Federation of India. His political career reflects active engagement in state-level governance and youth representation.
