A. Vijayaraghavan is an Indian politician affiliated with the Communist Party of India (Marxist). He served as the Convener of the Left Democratic Front in Kerala and was previously the Acting Secretary of CPI(M) in Kerala. Born in Malappuram, he represented Kerala in the Rajya Sabha and was the Chief Whip of CPI(M). He was elected to Lok Sabha from Palakkad in 1989 and contested the 2014 elections. He is married to Prof. R. Bindu and has held multiple roles in various organizations, including the Students Federation of India and the UN General Assembly.
