Aad van Mil is a former Dutch water polo player born on May 5, 1957, in Leiden. He is recognized for his significant contributions to both competitive and recreational water polo in the Netherlands. Van Mil participated in the 1980 and 1984 Olympic Games, making him one of the nation’s top players. He played for various clubs, notably ZPC Amersfoort, where he also served as a referee and held leadership roles, including chairman of the water polo committee. Since 2021, he has been the technical coordinator for the water polo department.
