Aarno Martti Tertti, formerly Hertz, was a Finnish publicist, genealogist, and editor born on February 25, 1925, in Tuusula and died on October 23, 2011, in Espoo. He graduated in military student exams in 1945 and battled tuberculosis during the war. Tertti studied political science at the University of Helsinki and worked at Mainos-Taucher from 1953 to 1973. He served as editor for various publications, including the Central Chamber of Commerce's magazine and later the Liberal People's Party's magazine. Tertti also authored books on genealogy.
