Recognized in Afghanistan with national prizes and the top award from the Artists' Association, he gained further acknowledgment in Germany, including a notable solo exhibition at the Pergamon Museum in Berlin in 2015. He currently resides and works in Bielefeld, North Rhine-Westphalia.
