Abba Sayyadi Ruma was a Nigerian politician who served as the Federal Minister of Agriculture and Water Resources from July 26, 2007, until March 2010. He was appointed by President Umaru Yar'Adua and left office when acting president Goodluck Jonathan dissolved the cabinet. In addition, Ruma held positions such as chairman of the Governing Council of the International Fund for Agricultural Development in Rome and was a Partner Minister of UNESCO.
