Abbey Holmes, born on January 7, 1991, is a former Australian rules footballer and real estate agent. She played for the Adelaide Football Club in the inaugural AFL Women's season and had a successful career in the Northern Territory Football League. Holmes was pivotal in winning four premierships and became the first woman to kick 100 goals in a single season. She also competed in Australian Survivor and has worked as a commentator for the Seven Network. Off the field, she is engaged to former AFL player Keegan Brooksby and has participated in bodybuilding contests.
