Abdel Moneim Saeed Mahmoud Youssef (May 16, 1933 - November 5, 2021) was an Egyptian military leader born in Dakahlia, Mansoura. He graduated from the Egyptian Military Academy in 1955 and later attended the Command and Staff College. He participated in several wars, including the 1967 War, the War of Attrition, and the October War in 1973. Over his career, he held numerous leadership positions, including commander of the 4th Infantry Brigade and governor of several Egyptian governorates until his death.
