Mpindela Abednego Mazibuko is a South African bass singer and a member of the renowned choral group Ladysmith Black Mambazo, which was founded in 1960 by his cousin Joseph. Born in Ladysmith, he is the youngest of six sons. Abednego joined the group in 1974 and has been a full-time member since the early 1980s. He continued to perform after the passing of his brother Milton in 1984, solidifying his place in the ensemble alongside brother Albert.
