Abraham Abrahamyan (March 9, 1912 - November 11, 1988) was an Armenian scientist, radioelectronist, and engineer who attained the rank of colonel. He earned a Doctorate in Technical Sciences in 1964 and became a professor in 1965. Abrahamyan was a corresponding member of the Armenian Academy of Sciences. Notably, he is recognized as the designer of the first colored musical fountain complex in the Soviet Union, located in Yerevan's Republic Square.
