Abram Isaevich Golland (1911—1985) was a Soviet composer and conductor who contributed significantly to music in the Karelo-Finnish SSR and the RSFSR. He was honored as the People's Artist of the Karelo-Finnish SSR in 1949 and received several accolades throughout his career. Golland was known for his work with various theatrical productions and music ensembles, as well as for his compositions that included operettas, ballets, and choral works. He also served in the Red Army during World War II, where he organized and led music ensembles.
