Iro Abubakar Danmusa (1935–2010) was a notable Nigerian politician and former minister in the government of Shehu Shagari. He held several ministerial positions including Minister of Social Development, Youth and Sports, Minister of State of Finance, Minister of Aviation, and Minister of the Federal Capital Territory. He started his career in civil service before venturing into politics, becoming a member of the Constituent Assembly in 1977. Danmusa was also the National Vice Chairman of the People's Democratic Party and had a prominent family background rooted in Mali.
