Ada Ringen is a former Norwegian biathlete born on November 21, 1989. She is the twin sister of fellow biathlete Elise Ringen. Ada competed for Meråker SSK and previously for IL Varden. She made her debut at the Junior World Championships in 2007, earning a bronze medal in the relay. In 2008, she won a silver medal in the relay at the Junior World Championships, alongside her sister and another teammate. Ringen also achieved various placements in the European Cup and Norwegian Championships, showcasing her competitive skills.
