Adel al-Rousan is a Jordanian poet born on November 1, 1938, in Irbid. He obtained a Bachelor's degree in law from the University of Syria in 1962 and a diploma in surveying and drawing from Beneth College in London. Al-Rousan worked in the field of surveying and land settlement. He is a member of the Jordanian Writers Association and the administrative committee of the Cultural Forum in Irbid, among other literary and cultural activities. He has written various forms of poetry, including classical, rhythmic, and Nabati, and has published several poetry collections.
