He graduated from the Jesuit University Law School in 1933 and worked in law and the judiciary. He became the public prosecutor in 1958. Taqi al-Din translated a book on the Druze and revised the judicial law authored by Anis Saleh and Khalil Taqi al-Din. He left behind a manuscript of his memoirs and several articles.
