Adiss Harmandian (Armenian: Ատիս Հարմանտեան) was a prominent Armenian-Lebanese-American singer and a founder of modern Armenian 'Estradayin' music. Born in Lebanon on January 14, 1945, he gained fame in the 1960s and 1970s with popular songs like 'Noniye,' 'Karon Karon,' and 'Aghdamar,' releasing over 30 albums. He immigrated to the United States during the Lebanese Civil War and performed extensively worldwide. Harmandian was awarded the Order of St. Mesrop Mashtots and passed away on September 1, 2019, in Santa Monica, California.
