Adnan Dinçer was a Turkish football manager, former player, teacher-academic, and author. He was known for his tactical knowledge and successes with budget teams, as well as developing players from the youth system. He was the first to implement goalkeeper coaching in Turkey, establish a national team for ages 14-16, and include a female coach in his team, earning a place in Turkish football history. He led Antalyaspor to promotion to the Süper Lig twice, in the 1985-86 and 1993-94 seasons.
