Adrian Pleșca, also known as Artan, is a Romanian singer born on March 31, 1961. He began his musical education with violin and piano before studying double bass. He founded the band Timpuri Noi in 1982. The group gained fame with hits like 'Stere' and 'Tanța'. After a five-year break from Timpuri Noi, he formed the band Partizan in 2006, known for the song 'Fata mea'. Pleșca has also hosted a TV show and returned to Partizan after several breaks throughout his career.
